During my recent stay at Le Nicchie Luxury Rooms in Lecce, I was delighted to experience the hotel's culinary offerings, which play a pivotal role in its charm. Each morning began with a thoughtfully prepared breakfast featuring local products, creating a fusion of traditional flavors and modern tastes. The array of cheeses, cold meats, and freshly baked pastries was a wonderful way to start the day, while Aldo, our host, ensured every guest was well-accommodated. The hotel's ambiance promotes relaxation, allowing guests to unwind after exploring the enchanting old town. I particularly enjoyed dining on the rooftop, despite a minor inconvenience due to wasps. The friendly atmosphere encouraged casual conversation with fellow guests, sharing stories and travel tips. To the in-house experience, the surrounding area presents an abundance of culinary gems, such as the nearby I Latini restaurant, known for its authentic cuisine. These vibrant local options perfectly encapsulate Lecce's rich food culture.
